Handmade Salumeria, Delicatessen, and Catering
Local owners and chefs, Kevin Soares and Rose Fisher, have carved their signature into a new era of delicatessen serving locally sourced (thanks to AM Ranch and Nevada County Free Range Beef), European style, and humanely-treated, cured, and smoked meats along with made-to-order sandwiches, seasonal soups, house made sauces, jams, and sides.

Life-long restaurateurs, the pair also operate a full-scale catering business, curating courses for a variety of menu-styles from weddings, to small family gatherings, to week-long corporate retreats.
